PB has extensive experience on all aspects of design and engineering for luxury hotels and resorts. With over 100 such projects completed worldwide, we have acquired in depth knowledge of the special systems considerations required for such developments. These include the provision of reliable and energy efficient building services where particular attention is afforded to safe and reliable designs for water supply, air-conditioning, fire control systems, reliable supply of flushing water, acoustics and vibration mitigation.

We also understand the need for flexible food and beverage area design to allow for the easy relocation of critical items and the easy change of use during the operation of the hotel. In addition to the provision of sophisticated electronic communications and computing systems including security, audio video teleconference systems etc.

In parts of the Asia region, infrastructure services may not be adequately provided. A particularly important area is the provision of sewage treatment facilities and power generation. PB has specialist engineers in these fields.
