PB International Inc covers all Parsons Brinckerhoff's (PB) operations outside of the Americas. The International business, now headquartered in London, employs over 7,500 staff across four regions of the world including Europe and Africa (EA), the Middle East (ME), Asia and Australia Pacific (AP).

These combined businesses now constitute nearly 60% of PB's global business and covers the diverse markets of Transportation, Power, Buildings, Water and Mining.

As the COO I have witnessed the stellar growth of the International business with Revenues doubling over the past four years and profitability increasing at a similar rate. This growth has seen the company consolidate its end market diversity and has resulted in over 3,000 new staff joining our exciting company over this time. Such success has been possible based on our strong company culture of client focus, employee development and innovation. This has been supported by the strong international infrastructure market.

The key message for our International business is the focus on continued aggressive global growth, supported by strong people management. We will continue to strive to be a leader in influencing and delivering the world's best infrastructure. We want to be recognised as the enablers of infrastructure that improves the lives of individuals and communities across the globe. We are inspired to make a difference, both now and in the future.

With this in mind, and with our strong values based culture, I am confident that we will continue to be recognised as a leader in infrastructure delivery and I am convinced the best is still ahead of us.
